When the Standard support subscription expires, you have 2 months (60 days) to buy a new
Commercial license of the product with 20% discount. When 2 months pass, you can update
your product and get standard support at a full original price.
The holders of Commercial license have the right to upgrade their Commercial license to
Enterprise by purchasing 12-months support extension (the pricing below).
Enterprise license comes with 12-months support/updates period (Premium Support plan). If
you'd like to get new updates and ticket support afterwards, you need to extend your support
subscription for another year.
There are 2 support renewal options available at the moment:
Up to 2 months (60 days) after your subscription has expired. In this
case you have the ability to extend your support subscription at the discounted price.
After 2 months (60 days) since your subscription has expired. In this case the
pricing for support extensions increases by 20%.
