Official Ticket Support
During your free 30-days evaluation period, you're entitled to receive official ticket support from our team. The instructions describing how to create a ticket were sent to your email address after the trial request.
Note: Starting from March 30, 2018, we've updated the terms of getting the technical support. You won't be able to create tickets using our old support system soon. If you have any unresolved tickets, you can log in here. We kindly ask you not to create new tickets in the support system but use new instructions that were sent to you via email.
