dhtmlxCalendar is a lightweight cross-browser JavaScript calendar which can be configured as a popup datepicker or a flat calendar. The component is easy-to-use and fully customizable. It can be attached to any text input field and provides fast and intuitive date selection in web-based applications.

dhtmlxCalendar features custom date format, any day as the first day of week, year drop down list, various skins and languages. Optionally the calendar can be set draggable. The component can also be used as a date range selection tool in the double mode, in that case dates prior/after the selected date will be disabled accordingly.

Like other dhtmlx components, dhtmlxCalendar provides complete JavaScript API to give developers enough possibilities to control its state and behavior.
