How to Submit a Ticket

Starting from March 30, 2018, we've updated the terms of getting the technical support. You can’t create tickets using our old support system.

If you are a licensed customer with an active support subscription, the instructions describing how to create a ticket were sent to you after the purchase.

If you are a trial user, the instructions describing how to create a ticket were sent to you after the trial request.

If you didn't get the email with the updated terms, please contact info.

Submit Support Ticket

For Licensed Customers

If you are a licensed customer with an active support subscription, you can submit a ticket to get assistance from our team. The instructions describing how to create a ticket were sent to you after the purchase.

For Trial (Evaluation) Licenses

During your free 30-days evaluation period, you're entitled to receive official ticket support from our team. The instructions describing how to create a ticket were sent to your email address after the trial request.

This is the login form to our old support system. You can log in to check your tickets. Please DO NOT create new tickets there, use our new instructions instead (they were sent to you via email)
